Legacy Elevator Consulting, LLC is an independent consulting firm focused on aging traction elevator equipment. We help building owners, property managers, facilities teams, contractors, and elevator consultants make sound decisions about the maintenance, repair, overhaul, continued operation, or replacement of legacy equipment.
What We Do
- Condition evaluations of legacy traction elevator machines, delivered as standalone written findings.
- Repair and overhaul scoping for contractors and repair facilities working on legacy equipment.
- Modernization decision support: retain, repair, overhaul, or replace.
- Third-party technical expertise for elevator consultants and contractors on specific projects.
All services are professional consulting engagements. We do not sell physical goods.

Billing, refunds, and disputes. Fees are set out in a written proposal, agreement, or invoice before work begins. For billing questions or disputes, email carlos@legacyelevatorconsulting.com within 30 days of the invoice date; confirmed billing errors are resolved by correcting the invoice or refunding the affected amount, ordinarily within 10 business days.
Cancellations. Engagements may be canceled per the terms of the governing agreement. Fees for work already performed remain payable; prepaid amounts for work not yet performed are refunded.
